With the aim of enhancing DALS Lighting’s collection of architectural luminaires, ALTO Design devised an innovation strategy for the short, medium and long term that will help the company position itself as an industry leader.

The main goals to reach were:

• Geometric purity of the object

• Architectural simplicity

• Elegance of light rays

The finesse and modern look of the aluminum bodies combined with cutting-edge technology make for resolutely distinctive, niche products.

The line’s capacity for adaptation and variety makes for an evolving system whose only limit is your imagination.

The use of simple forms allows for the creation of surprising ambiances and variations through juxtaposition, superposition or alignment.

Our prototyping workshop enabled us to confirm the luminaires’ ideal size, as well as the colour and finish options.

A multitude of reliability and heat dissipation tests were conducted in order to ensure quality and safety.
